Skill Serve India 2026 is a national movement created to change this mindset.

An initiative by Synapze Consolidated Pvt Ltd, organised by Hotel Tech Kerala, and powered by Chef Nalan, Skill Serve India 2026 aims to glorify hospitality and service professions by showcasing them as first-choice careers, not last options.

Through Education Pavilions, Live Skill Zones, Industry Interaction, Uniform & Grooming Showcases, and Skill-to-Employment Connect, the movement helps students and parents see the future of service careers with clarity and respect.
